Custom Whole Beef Share-Includes a mix of USDA inspected ground beef, steaks, and roasts. Because animal carcass weights vary, exact amount of meat will vary as well.
Custom beef processing is available and is included in the price except for any specialty products that cost extra to process.
Generally is around 480 lbs of meat and consists of 320 lbs of ground beef, 90 lbs of roasts and 70 lbs of steaks depending on processing choices.
All Custom Beef will be processed at Bar W Beef in Nephi, UT and can be picked up there or at our store in Blanding, UT. Delivery is available for $100 within 100 miles of Nephi along I-15.
