While navigating through the challenges and learning curve of starting and building a ranch, cultivating connections with family and friends and sharing the western lifestyle with others have been central to the operation.
We love all things agriculture! As our kids have grown up on the ranch, they have learned to appreciate working and playing hard, learning life skills and responsibility, and that it takes time and effort to achieve desired results.
As our family and operation have grown, we have also been involved in running a commercial trucking operation, owning a custom embroidery and screen printing business, breeding Quarter Horses, raising hay (when we have water to irrigate with), and dabbling in other farming practices. Along with working on the ranch, our kids have also been involved in school and community sports, youth rodeo, local and state FFA, and raising animals to show at our county fair.
We have been creating our story, building our legacy, and improving the quality of our cattle for quite a few years and now it is time to share all of that with others.
Our beef is fed grass and forage for the majority of their life and then finished on a majority grain ration. We're working towards being able to offer grass finished beef in the future.
We advertise our ground beef as 80/20, but it generally is leaner than that.
We hope to offer that service in the future, but as of now we only offer individual cuts for sale out of our store at Diamond Designs 401 South Main in Blanding, UT.
Our beef can be ordered for pickup in early Summer (around May-June) and again in late Fall (October-November).
